Alterra Mountain Company turned The Banshee House in to an aprés ski winter wonderland to celebrate the 2023/24 season launch of the IKON Ski pass. Pass holders and ski buffs started the season early with live music, face painting, cocktails around the fire, photo booths, and much more merriment.

Cali-based hard kombucha brand, JuneShine, took over The Banshee House during the entire month of June 2023 for the second annual “House of June.

For 2022’s Great American Beer Fest, Frisco-based Outer Range Brewing popped up at The Banshee House and brought along their friends Condesa Gin from Mexico City.

ODESZA went on tour with their exclusive pop-up shop in September of 2022. ODESZA took over the house for three days and decked it out with custom vinyl installations, a state-of-the-art sound system, and of course, plenty of limited edition ODESZA merchandise for sale.
